We know how everyone is feeling in this situation. What I have learned is that people who are keeping themselves and the people around happy are feeling less stress in this situation. Then, as a leader, we should bring joy and happiness in our meetings both with the team and the clients, in dealing with people and making sure that people feel joy. This no way means, we have to not take tasks seriously, what I am saying is, we don’t have to be serious to do serious work.
